I would like Y Care International to reclaim the tax on all my donations – increasing their value by a quarter at no extra cost to me. I am a UK taxpayer, paying income tax or capital gains tax at least equal to the amount Y Care International will reclaim on my donations for each tax year (6 April one year to 5 April the next). I want all donations I’ve made since 6 April 2007 and all donations in the future to qualify for Gift Aid until I notify you otherwise.
