Every partnership is unique. Your company could sponsor a specific project for a year, campaign with us for a week or raise money on a single day. You can join with us for an emergency appeal and stay with us as we develop long-term sustainable projects in the developing world. Below are some suggestions for ways your company can get involved. If you would like more information, or if you have a different proposal, please get in touch.

Corporate gifts in kind
Y Care International welcomes in-kind donations such as equipment, printing, transport, use of corporate facilities or office space. We will arrange collection or use of the gift, at no extra cost to you.

Emergency appeals 
When there is an emergency or natural disaster Y Care International may launch an appeal to raise funds for immediate relief, reconstruction and rehabilitation work. At these times it is crucial that the public quickly have access to full details of the situation and a convenient and trustworthy environment in which to make a donation. Many companies are ideally placed to help.

During an appeal, we send your company all the information, materials and support needed to publicise the appeal amongst your employees and clients. Afterwards we can provide a report that tells you how the money was spent.

UK building societies have supported Y Care International in this way since 1985. They have served as an essential link with the public in over 40 emergency appeals, raising more than £13m.

Recycling Appeal
Y Care International has teamed up with Recycling Appeal, and could earn around £1 for every used printer cartridge and £5 for every used mobile phone you hand in. Please visit our recycling appeal page here

Sponsorship
Y Care International welcomes company sponsorship of our programmes in the UK, Asia, Africa, the Middle East and Latin America.

Sponsoring our work in the developing world can be a way to provide long-term and focused support. We can provide sponsors with regular progress reports from the project as well as the possibility of project visits.

Staff fundraising
There are lots of ways that employees can raise money for Y Care International. Fundraising activities can form part of a charity of the year programme or can be the activity of a single day or evening. Importantly, it can also be great fun. Fundraising is great for staff morale, team building and for encouraging positive relations between people, departments, offices and the international community.
