We are continuing to support communities in Sri Lanka affected by the Tsunami.
Two-thirds of the world’s poorest people live in Asia, despite the regions’ booming economy. Young people are severely disadvantaged through a lack of access to basic education and training, while the increasing prevalence of HIV and AIDS is a huge challenge. The region is also regularly devastated by natural disasters, which threaten the region's long-term development.
