Frank lives in El Milagro, a shanty town in Peru. He works on a refuse site with other young people, collecting rubbish and selling it on to make money for his family. Y Care International's partner, YMCA Peru, is working to help young people like Frank with education and health advice. They are also helping them to find alternatives ways of earning a living.
